This film delivered a lot of action and gorgeous cinematography as well as humour and terrific interplay among the lead actors, but the story wasn't what we've come to expect as a Sherlock Holmes mystery. There were not many 'aha' moments, as most reveals were heavily foreshadowed. What it felt like, by the end, was one big trailer for the next Sherlock...

I was not amazed by this film. though it is entertaining and i think a good adaptation the film itself suffers from a slightly weak plot that is also to obsessed with foreshadowing its own sequel to really develop the plot well in the original. However Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law's relationship as Holmes and Watson respectively is worth seeing....
